Job Title : Senior ETRM Scrum Master
Duration : 12 Months Contract to Hire
Location : Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Day To Day Responsbilities :
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are blocking the team’s progress
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
- Ensure visibility and common understanding across the team
- Help team adhere to “Definition of Ready” and “Definition of Done” norms
