Position Overview :
As a Senior Engineer, you will play a critical role in our client’s mission to drive growth and excellence in utilities and steel production. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in transmission line design, a proven leadership track record, and a passion for safety and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and production of steel products for utility and transmission line projects.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, detailing, project management, and production.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards across engineering practices.
- Participate in client visits to understand requirements and provide technical support.
- Visit plant locations as needed to oversee operations and ensure production quality.
- Travel occasionally to offsite locations for client and project needs.
