About the Role :
The Sr. Event Strategist supports sponsorships, events, hospitality, and key transformation initiatives.
They work cross-functionally with divisions internally and external partners to plan and execute each event and sponsorship successfully.
Additionally, they design presentations for leadership, media relations, and social teams to generate awareness for key events, product launches, and campaigns.
Pay Range : $40- $45
Responsibilities : -
Implement memorable events by developing strategic plans and processes, working cross-functionally, and suggesting innovative ideas.
Lead event and hospitality management processes and serve as the point person with event vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate details of events / hospitality including billing, logistics, promotion, vendor and agency management, and other duties.
Manage corporate, executive, and sponsor events by developing program design, organizing event suppliers, coordinating production teams, and staffing.
Design, implement, and manage event / hospitality / operation / sponsorship plans and strategies focused on growing brand awareness and favorability.
Maintain accurate and updated records of all contacts, budgets, and assets.
Assess each corporate sponsorship or event effectiveness and report regularly on key metrics.
Education Qualification : -
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Project Management, Sports Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Required Skills : -
5 years of experience in corporate event planning.
Demonstrated success in planning, project management / coordination, and meeting deadlines.
