We are seeking an Employee Procurement Specialist to support daily tactical procurement activities within our division. This role involves executing local procurement and order fulfillment management while administering the local purchasing department. Additionally, the Employee Procurement Specialist will be responsible for operational data management and ensuring procurement efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute requisitions following defined criteria.
- Support requests for quotations, compare proposals, and create analysis reports.
- Handle daily supply issues and ensure procurement efficiency.
- Create and update statistical information for procurement tracking.
- Manage and maintain item databases (IPS/M3).
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, suppliers, procurement team members, and other service divisions.
- Provide administrative support to the Procurement team.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Compensation:
- Pay Range: $20 - $22 per hour
