We’re seeking an experienced Sourcer to join Talent Acquisition team. In this critical role, you’ll proactively identify and engage top-tier passive talent using advanced sourcing techniques, build robust talent pipelines, and partner with recruiters and business leaders to meet current and future hiring needs. This is a high-impact position requiring expertise in Boolean searches, talent mapping, and market intelligence to drive strategic hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Proactive Sourcing:
- Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and niche platforms to uncover passive candidates.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and confidential roles.
- Build and maintain talent communities/pipelines for critical skill sets.
✔ Candidate Engagement & Screening:
- Conduct thorough prescreening assessments to evaluate fit.
- Nurture candidate relationships through ongoing engagement (CRM tools like SmartRecruiters).
- Present qualified candidates to recruiters/hiring managers with detailed profiles.
✔ Strategic Partnerships:
- Collaborate with recruiters and business leaders to anticipate talent gaps.
- Provide market intelligence (via LinkedIn Insights, Talent Neuron) to inform hiring strategies.
- Advise stakeholders on talent availability and competitive trends.
✔ Data-Driven Approach:
- Track and report on sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and market insights.
- Leverage ATS data to refine sourcing tactics and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
✅ Must-Haves:
- 3–5 years of dedicated sourcing experience (not full-cycle recruitment).
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping.
- Proven ability to engage passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using ATS/CRM tools (e.g., SmartRecruiters).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
✅ Preferred:
- Experience in technical, healthcare, or manufacturing recruitment.
- Prior staff management or executive sourcing experience.
- Familiarity with Talent Neuron or other market intelligence tools.
