Position Details :

Position : Operations Specialist III (Teller)

Job duration : 09 months of contract

Location : Scranton, PA 18507 (Onsite)

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday

Operations Specialist Role :

Responsible for the day-to-day processing and releasing of electronic payment instructions.

Functions include administering defined procedures, analysis and exception processing.

May assist in designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring of new products / services.

Provides guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical and / or operational changes.

Involve the processing of USD, FX, and Same Day Return processing.

Roles and Responsibility :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Keyboard skills required

Good team player, enthusiastic, flexible and committed

Ability to prioritize, use own initiative and be flexible

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and navigate change and prioritize daily

Proactive approach to problem resolution

Able to work weekends and overtime when needed.

Skills :

Previous Wire experience

Financial industry experience

Accounting experience

Data entry experience

Keyboard skills required

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and navigate change and prioritize daily.

Ability to prioritize, use own initiative and be flexible
