Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development Material Creation (70-80%)
- Independently design and develop high-quality learning materials, including one-page guides, mentor/mentee resources, reflection tools, and conversation guides.
- Utilize PowerPoint and Word to craft compelling, visually engaging training presentations and documentation.
- Research and incorporate supplemental resources with proper citations to enhance learning effectiveness.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement (20-30%)
- Work closely with DEI and L&D teams to gather requirements and align learning materials with strategic objectives.
- Engage with subject matter experts and leadership to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Data Analysis & Program Support
- Analyze program participation data to assess engagement and learning outcomes.
- Aggregate insights and produce detailed reports that measure the success of L&D initiatives.
- Contribute to data-driven storytelling to highlight program impact.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Learning & Development Expertise: Extensive experience in instructional design and training material development.
- DEI Knowledge: A strong grasp of DEI concepts with at least three years of experience in DEI-related roles preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and present findings effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates with an Associate’s degree and relevant experience will be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in L&D or training roles, with DEI expertise as a strong advantage.
