We are seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Outsourcing Associate II to manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for clinical consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements (CDAs), and other vendor contracts. This role ensures compliance with company policies while providing exceptional support to internal teams (Legal, Finance, Clinical) and external partners (CROs, vendors).
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Lifecycle Management:
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize Clinical Consulting Agreements, CDAs, and Letters of Authorization (LoAs).
- Ensure compliance with outsourcing processes and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and Clinical teams to align contracts with business needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor contract inquiries.
- Process Improvement:
- Maintain accurate contract records in company systems.
- Identify opportunities to streamline contracting workflows.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 years of contract management experience (pharma/biotech preferred).
- Proficiency in legal terms, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with MSAs, Work Orders, or budget negotiations.
- Familiarity with CLM software (e.g., DocuSign, Ariba).
- Knowledge of FDA/GxP compliance.
