Our client is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and safe workflow. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing best practices to drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Supervise, hire, train, and develop warehouse staff.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring timely receiving and outbound shipments.
- Conduct daily and weekly safety and 5S audits.
- Implement and maintain best warehouse practices to optimize space and organization.
- Address and resolve operational issues, including customer complaints and internal concerns.
- Track and report metrics related to productivity and inventory levels.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor staff attendance and performance, providing coaching or corrective actions as needed.
