Job Description:
Operations Specialist role will entail the review and manual repair of USD Wire Transfers in a non-call based environment. A high level attention to detail and pattern recognition is required in order to successfully implement a strict adherence to our processes and procedures.
Will be responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research and resolution of varied problems in the Global Payment Operations department. Functions include administering defined procedures, analysis and report generation, and exception processing.
Salary : $22 - $23
