Job Description:
Collaborative Autism Management Programs is currently seeking both part-time (15-25 hours plus/week) and full time (30-40 hours per week) ABA Behavior Interventionists available to work weekday mornings, afternoons, evenings between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Compensation: ABA Behavior Interventionist pay is dependent on your level of Education and years of professional working experience. Paid drive time and mileage. Benefit package is offered to full time employees.
Behavior Interventionists will provide one-to-one behavior treatment to children and young adult living with autism and development delays in their homes and community settings.
- Implementing Behavior Intervention Plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Clinical Supervisors which are customized to each individual’s behavioral program.
- Collecting data daily on program goals being implemented to monitor progress.
- Work with clients and family on the treatment plan targets which include communication skills, play skills, imitation, social skills, independence, and self-care skills.
- Behavior Interventionists will implement principles of Applied Behavior Analysis along with teaching procedures such as Discrete Trial Training, Pivotal Response Training, Social Skills Intervention Package, Naturalist Teaching, Incidental Teaching, Shaping, Modeling, and Chaining.
Qualifications:
First and foremost, you’ll need a big heart and an even bigger desire to see children and families living with autism thrive. We are seeking Energetic individuals who love working with kids and young adults.
Applicants should also meet the following criteria:
- Prior experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and developmental disabilities.
- At least 1 year experience with the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- High School Diploma Require. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech and Hearing Services, or related field. (Preferred).
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Fingerprint and FBI/DOJ background check clearance.
- Ability to provide proof of TB clearance.
