Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Utilize food service management skills to optimize kitchen efficiency and food quality.
- Supervise and train team members, conducting interviews and providing ongoing feedback.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and inventory control.
Required Skills
4 years Fast Food Restaurant Management experience
Must be flexible to work any shifts or schedules
Must have their own vehicle, and valid driver's license
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong background in inventory control and order fulfillment. Experience in quick service and fast food restaurant operations
Our benefits include:
5 day work week, 2 days off, vacation, monthly bonus program, medical benefits can include dental & vision after 30 days of employment.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 plus bonus for Restaurant General Managers
