We’re hiring a Teacher Coordinator in Worcester, MA to lead and support a team of educators serving students in a therapeutic setting. If you’re licensed in Moderate Disabilities (5–12) and a core content area, and have strong instructional leadership skills, this could be the role for you! We also welcome candidates actively working toward licensure.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Keep schedules, records, and reports in check
✅ Lead with heart and support great teaching
✅ Create fun, standards-aligned lessons
✅ Help with IEPs and track student progress
✅ Build strong relationships with families and staff
✅ Join team meetings, trainings, and school events

Must Have:
