We are a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality, effective education to students in DMH congregate programs across Massachusetts. Our educators serve students in over 30 small residential programs, fostering meaningful learning experiences in supportive environments.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are especially interested in Massachusetts-licensed Secondary (Grades 8-12) Content and/or Special Education teachers with experience working with at-risk students. However, we also welcome unlicensed candidates who are eager to pursue teacher certification. More than anything, we value kindness, patience, and flexibility in our educators.
