The Collaborative for Educational Services (CES) is on the lookout for passionate educators to join our team as Part-Time Special Education Teachers at our following County House of Corrections programs : Hampden County Correctional Center at Stony Brook / Norfolk County House of Correction / Franklin County Jail / Essex County House of Correction

Who We're Looking For :

  • A licensed Massachusetts teacher in Moderate Disabilities (grades 5-12).
  • Someone who's committed to making a difference for at-risk youth.
  • Educators who value equity, kindness, and flexibility.

    • What You'll Do :

  • Provide individualized instruction based on student IEPs.
  • Create culturally responsive, trauma-sensitive learning environments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and agency staff to support student success.
  • Empower students with social-emotional and transition planning skills.

    • Compensation, Schedule, and Location

  • Pay : Hourly per the CBA, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Schedule : Per diem / part-time, up to 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 3 : 30 PM and 7 : 30 PM.
