Job Title: CNA, HHA, PCA Caregivers
Shifts range in length: from 4 hours to 20 hours 
Schedule: Must be available for weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
Competitive Pay: $20 per hour

Collaborative Home Care is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver with a can-do attitude. We are hiring CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers to fill immediate openings with clients residing in Stamford, Darien, Greenwich, and surrounding Fairfield County and New Haven County, CT, areas.


Qualifications:

• A love for the senior community
• A compassionate and upbeat attitude 
• Strong commitment to reliability and dependability
• Self-directed, with the ability to work independently
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
• Dedication to professional development
• A minimum of 1-year experience in caregiving for seniors
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
• Possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record, Auto Insurance and a reliable and well-maintained car
• Possess a current State ID and a valid second form of ID, such as a Social Security Card, Passport or Birth Certificate
• Eligible to work in the United States for any employer
• Pass a background check and drug testing per company standards

Responsibilities:

• Our Caregivers are responsible for providing hands-on, non-medical, quality care to clients of Collaborative Home Care.
• Providing care based on the plan of care for their clients, which includes activities of daily living such as personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, medication reminders) 
• Companion care (e.g. conversation, hobbies and activities, shopping, driving to appointments).
• Caregivers must be able to work with minimal supervision, accepting personal responsibility for the maintenance of a professional relationship with the client in accordance with Collaborative Home Care policies and standards.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Perform other duties as assigned on personal care service plan
