Job Title: (CNA, PCA, HHA) Part-Time Dementia Experienced Caregiver

Pay Rate: $20 per Hour
Schedule: Availability during mornings or afternoons is required. Weekdays or Weekends and may gradually increase to 6 or 7 days per week.
Job Description:
Collaborative Home Care is looking for a caring and reliable part-time caregiver with a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, experience in dementia care, and a strong commitment to supporting an elderly woman. Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. The role also involves providing transportation to social events and medical appointments, so a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required. Mileage reimbursement will be offered for personal vehicle use.
Once this case is complete, you will be eligible to work on other cases with our company.
The Care Plan includes:
a) Helping with showering and dressing
b) Engage in activity (companionship)
c) Light housekeeping and meal preparation
d) Occasional driving trips to run errands and social activities
e) Medication reminders
f) Miles driven in your car will be reimbursed
g) Mobility support
h) Assist with transfers

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in household management, personal assistance, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable with meal preparation and dietary requirements.
- Ability to handle pets and basic pet care duties.
- Experience working with families and newborns is a plus but not required.A love for helping others
- A compassionate and upbeat attitude
- Strong commitment to reliability, dependability and ethical behavior
- Ability to lift 30-40 pounds
- Possess a valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
- Possess a State ID, and a valid second form of ID, such as a social security card, birth certificate, or passport
