Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with Timeshare Industry experience (preferred) to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role requires a seasoned BA with strong facilitation and documentation skills who can bridge business needs with technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for new initiatives and process enhancements.
- Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather insights and align teams on project goals.
- Process Mapping & Documentation: Develop detailed BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), process flows, user stories, and functional specifications to ensure clear project direction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, operations, finance, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of business solutions.
- Gap & Impact Analysis: Identify gaps in current processes and systems, recommending data-driven solutions to optimize business operations.
- Testing & Validation: Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring business requirements are met and conducting post-implementation evaluations.
- Change Management & Communication: Support change management efforts by creating training materials, SOPs, and end-user documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✅ 8 years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise-level projects (Timeshare, Hospitality, or Real Estate industry experience preferred).
✅ Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills – ability to lead meetings and drive discussions effectively.
✅ Exceptional documentation skills – ability to create detailed BRDs, process flows, and system specifications.
✅ Experience with business process reengineering and optimization.
✅ Strong analytical skills with expertise in gap analysis, impact assessment, and process improvement.
✅ Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
✅ Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite.
✅ Must be based in Orlando, FL, or willing to relocate (Hybrid – 3-4 days in office).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
