Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Enterprise Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, integration, and best practices, ensuring that our Salesforce ecosystem aligns with business objectives and IT strategies.
As a Salesforce Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining architectural standards, leading complex projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Salesforce enterprise architecture, ensuring it aligns with business goals and IT strategies.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Define data models, integration patterns, and governance frameworks for Salesforce applications.
- Provide architectural leadership and guidance on Salesforce best practices, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead and mentor Salesforce development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
- Oversee Salesforce integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and data migration strategies.
- Evaluate and recommend Salesforce tools, technologies, and AppExchange products to enhance platform capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce architecture experience.
- Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience in designing multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect (preferred).
- Strong understanding of security models, identity management, and governance policies within Salesforce.
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, SFDX).
- Knowledge of AI-powered Salesforce solutions, Einstein Analytics, and generative AI integration.
- Strong background in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $175,000.00 per year
