Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and Deploy AI Models: Design and implement machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and AI-driven models to solve real-world business challenges.
- Advanced Data Exploration & Analysis: Work with structured and unstructured data to identify trends, detect patterns, and generate actionable insights.
- Feature Engineering & Model Optimization: Enhance data pipelines, optimize model performance, and apply A/B testing methodologies for continuous improvement.
- AI Integration & Deployment: Collaborate with software engineers, MLOps specialists, and cloud teams to deploy AI models into production environments.
- Experimentation & Research: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI methodologies, deep learning architectures, and data science best practices to enhance our AI capabilities.
- Big Data & Cloud Computing: Utilize AWS, GCP, or Azure for scalable data processing, model training, and AI deployment.
- Collaboration & Business Impact: Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to define AI-driven strategies and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field.
- Programming Expertise: Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation, machine learning, and analytics.
- Machine Learning Frameworks: Hands on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras for deep learning and ML model development.
- Big Data Processing: Experience with Spark, Hadoop, or distributed computing frameworks for handling large-scale datasets.
AI Specializations: Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Natural Language Processing (NLP) (transformers, LLMs, text classification)
- Computer Vision (image recognition, object detection, GANs)
- Generative AI (ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, AI-assisted content generation)
- Cloud & MLOps: Familiarity with AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines to deploy and manage models at scale.
- Data Visualization & Communication: Ability to present complex data findings through dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
- Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
