CSPNJ, a mental health nonprofit is looking for a full-time Administrative Specialist in the Freehold office. Under the direct supervision of the Deputy Director, the Administrative Specialist will perform a variety of administrative duties that support the functioning of the Unhoused department. The Administrative Specialist responsibilities include supporting staff, completing data entry using various applications, completing reports, managing calendars, calendar invitations and coordinating schedules, assisting with the upkeep of case records to assure completeness.
Full-time | 40 hours p/w

Requirements
- High School Diploma with 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant OR
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or in a mental health discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel.
- Solid organization, time management and multitask skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels and in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work with individuals with mental illness in a caring and professional manner.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Valid NJ Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
- Lived Experience: CSPNJ prioritizes hiring people who use their own life experience dealing with mental health/substance use issues to inspire and support others.
Salary : $40,000
