We are seeking compassionate and skilled LCSWs, LSWs, LPCs, or LACs licensed in the State of New Jersey to provide mental health services to children and adolescents. This position offers a flexible schedule designed to accommodate your availability and meet client needs. Therapists are expected to see 20–25 clients per week through a combination of in-person and virtual sessions, tailored to the preferences and requirements of each client.
Responsibilities :
Provide individual therapy to patients aged 8 to 18.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client’s needs.
Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Requirements :
Licensure in the State of New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LSW, or LAC).
Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.
Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for treating youth mental health challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability for a flexible schedule to accommodate client sessions.
