Medical Assistant / Case Manager – Remote Patient Monitoring
Location: Pompano Beach, FL 33064
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

BeeperMD is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant / Case Manager to support our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program. This role requires strong communication skills, medical knowledge, and the ability to handle a high volume of patient interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor up to 300 patients daily and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Conduct 35 calls per day to provide patient support and guidance.
- Communicate with patients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Perform detailed charting and documentation in patient records.
- Utilize digital platforms for patient monitoring; must be tech-savvy.
- Research and resolve patient-related issues as they arise.
- Follow instructions accurately and proactively seek solutions.
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant Certification (Preferred).
- Associate’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, or a related field (Preferred).
- Experience in case management, clinical nursing, or social work.
- Basic medical knowledge of vital signs and patient monitoring.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates preferred.
- Reliable, efficient, and patient-focused.
