Collage Rehabilitation Partners is looking for a Full-Time Jr. Network Admin to join our outstanding team in our corporate office in Paoli, PA. Collage Rehabilitation Partners is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, honesty, and ethics in the treatment of our clients and each other. For more than 40 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues, and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Responsibilities

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about networking and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This position will assist in the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and be a part of our organization’s IT helpdesk.

Essential Duties & Functions

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls, access points, etc...)
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Maintain accurate network documentation and inventory
• Assist in the implementation of network security measures
• Collaborate with senior department IT staff on projects and initiatives
• Learn and implement new network technologies and best practices
• Assist in managing and maintaining network infrastructure
• Local and national travel up to 10%-15% annually
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Participate in IT Department Oncall rotation
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
• Exposure to network technologies including (TCP/IP,Routing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
• Exposure to network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with network monitoring tools
• Knowledge of network security best practices
• CompTIA Network or CCNA certification
