For more than 40 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues, and accident or sports-related head injuries.

This position will assist in the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and be a part of our organization’s IT helpdesk.
Essential Duties & Functions
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls, access points, etc...)
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Maintain accurate network documentation and inventory
- Assist in the implementation of network security measures
- Collaborate with senior department IT staff on projects and initiatives
- Learn and implement new network technologies and best practices
- Assist in managing and maintaining network infrastructure
- Local and national travel up to 10%-15% annually
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Participate in IT Department Oncall rotation
- Other duties as assigned
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
- Exposure to network technologies including (TCP/IP,Routing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
- Exposure to network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools
- Knowledge of network security best practices
- CompTIA Network or CCNA certification
- Experience with network monitoring tools
