POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Regional Commercial Director will be pivotal in driving revenue optimization and strategic growth across our expanding portfolio of hotels. This role encompasses the oversight of pricing strategies, distribution channels, and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader commercial goals. The Regional Commercial Director will collaborate closely with sales teams and other stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies that enhance market share and profitability. This position requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a keen attention to detail to navigate the complexities of the hospitality industry effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on execution, managing a team, and coordinating with external partners to deliver results that meet and exceed established performance metrics.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Commercial Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive revenue management strategies across the hotel portfolio, focusing on maximizing room revenue and profitability while enhancing RevPAR and RGI.
- Dynamic Pricing & Inventory Management: Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to implement dynamic pricing strategies, continuously monitoring inventory allocation and availability across all distribution channels.
- System Optimization & Collaboration: Oversee the use of advanced revenue management systems, ensuring optimization of the Central Reservation System (CRS) and collaborating with technology teams to implement system enhancements that support revenue goals.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis: Generate and present detailed reports on revenue management effectiveness, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives aligned with revenue objectives, collaborating with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand visibility.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing revenue management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and innovation to ensure adherence to the company’s values and ethical standards.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demand Review & Recommendations: Review unconstrained demand and provide recommendations for the optimal mix of business to achieve revenue goals.
- Production Review: Collaborate with the hotel’s sales leader to review production of negotiated accounts, focusing on pricing for Group and Transient segments.
- Marketing Support: Assist with internet marketing campaigns, GDS advertising, and other promotional efforts to enhance visibility and bookings.
- Manager Development: Support hotel managers in developing proficiency in revenue management practices to strengthen overall performance.
- Coding & Tracking Oversight: Work with hotels to ensure accurate coding and tracking of revenue management activities.
- Additional Duties: Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives and support organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Experience: 5 – 7 years in revenue management or commercial strategy in hospitality.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of revenue management systems (e.g., Duetto, IDeaS) and data analysis tools.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong skills in analyzing data and market trends.
- Leadership: Experience in leading and developing teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for clear presentations.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills for managing contracts.

Salary : $105,000 - $125,000
