Collateral Specialists Inc. (CSI) is a fast growing, family owned business that provides inspection and auditing services to the financial community. Serving the industry for over 15 years, CSI provides services in all 50 states.
CSI is seeking a full-time Account Manager to work in the call center at one of our administrative offices located in Saint Robert, Missouri. Work hours for this position are 10:00AM-6:30PM Monday-Friday (1/2 hour lunch).
This office role is to support our field inspectors around the country who are out performing inspections all across the country on a daily basis. CSI field inspections include, but are not limited to:
- Floor Plan Inspections - Generally at automotive, truck and construction equipment dealerships, CSI will verify which inventory units financed by the bank are on site. Units not on site will need to be reconciled to ascertain their current status (Sold, At Repair Shops, At Auction, etc).
- Equipment Inspections - Usually in conjunction with a new equipment lease, CSI verifies that the equipment being financed by a leasing company is at the end user’s place of business. Verification includes confirming serial numbers, taking photos and preparing a short report.
- Site Inspections - A service for various lenders, CSI will visit a place of business, prepare a short report and take photos to ascertain that the business is operating, and what competition is nearby.
The essential duties of this position include:
- Represent CSI in a professional manner answering phone calls from clients and field representatives.
- Provide support to field representatives as they complete inspections, clarifying procedures and assisting with technical issues.
- Process inspection results, ensuring that all procedures were followed and all required information was obtained.
- Assist Senior Account Manager with administrative tasks including inspection scheduling, billing, and data entry/validation.

Starting salary is between $29,500 and $31,500 annually depending on qualifications and experience. Amazing benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and more, 100% paid by the company for the employee, company will also cover 35% of benefits cost for your enrolled dependents. 401K after 1st year of employment with up to 4% matching. Possible advancement opportunity may be available based on performance as our business in this region grows. Experience in the banking, financial, or automotive industry preferred, but not required.
