Administrative Assistant
Collateral Specialists is searching for a highly organized, detail oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small team environment and is passionate about delivering high quality work. The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to both the HR and accounting departments, assisting with employee onboarding, training, payroll review and client billing.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Manager with recruitment, including supporting the hiring and onboarding process for new field representatives.
- Organize and maintain employee records to ensure they are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with regulations.
- Review job timesheets and ensure accuracy for payroll processing, supporting the HR team in payroll administration.
- Manage and update internal and external reference materials for employees, ensuring easy access to important resources.
- Provide general administrative and project support to the HR department and the President as needed.
Position Requirements:
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with HR software (e.g., ADP, Ease) a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
