Collective and Great State Companies are looking for their next Marketing team member. Collective and Great States are real estate acquisition and development, construction, and management organizations that work together to fulfill the greater good of our communities by developing, building, and managing places you can call home. As the Content Specialist, youll focus on driving our social media strategy across multiple brands, creating engaging website content, and owning internal and external communications for our teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Content Creation Management :
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing to create and maintain social media strategy for multiple brands across social channels
- Develop compelling and visually appealing content (including graphics, videos, and written posts) tailored to each social media platform
- Capture and create an asset library for all brands
Internal and External Communication :
Develop and execute communication guidelines to maintain a strong and positive presence for the companiesCreate, edit, and proofread a variety of written content, including emails, blogs, newsletters, reports, and marketing materialsEnsure brand consistency in all internal and external communicationsPrepare and execute communication plans in the event of a crisis or emergencyMedia and Public Relations :
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencersDraft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other public relations materialsMonitor and respond to media inquiries and coverageAnalytics and Optimization :
Monitor, track, and report on key performance metrics for social media across brands and industriesAnalyze campaign resultsTrack social and industry trendsSkills
CopywritingPhoto and video editingSocial media reportingStrong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detailProficiency in social media management tools and analytics platformsJob Requirement
