What you will bring to Collective:
Education and Experience
- 1-2 years of property management experience, preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Driver's license & ability to pass a background check
- Proficiency with industry software (Appfolio preferred)
- Ability to complete and pass your Property Management License in South Dakota in the first 3 months of hire date.
