ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Upkeep and maintain the properties general appearance
- Cleaning all common areas, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors
- Clean glass on entry doors and common windows
- Clean window ledges, mailboxes, handrails, fire extinguishers
- Spot clean walls in building
- Monitor animal waste stations, empty and restock waste bags
- Clean exterior of the building around the property and dumpsters
- Spray and pull weeds around the building
- Replace hallway lights, exit lights, emergency lights
- Basic in unit maintenance
- Touch up cleaning on unit turns and verify unit is rent ready
· Maintain professional communication with residents
· Provide personalized tours which result in new leases
· Collect monthly rents and assist in delinquency
· Accompany residents during the move in and move out process, completing move in / move out forms
· Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, prospects, and property owners
· Follow and adhere to all Fair Housing Laws
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
· Property management experience, preferred
· Professional communication skills
· Proficiency with industry software (Appfolio preferred)

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position requires regular availability for resident communication and maintenance concerns. Resident Manager will be required to have regular communication with the Property Manager.
