The Workplace Experience Coordinator position helps support both Collective Health employees and broader organizational operations, and will be relied upon to shape and improve our ways of working and ties as a community. You will partner with a variety of other teams and external vendors to improve the employee experience, creating a more meaningful and satisfying work experience. You will report to the Senior manager of Employee experience. The Workplace Experience Coordinator will provide in-office operational and administrative support, will support several employee-focused programs, and oversee other ad-hoc projects as we evolve and grow.
What You'll Do
This is a fully onsite role based in our Plano, TX office, with the expectation of being onsite five weekdays per week.
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to the hourly rate, you will be eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off. What You'll Do
- Manage daily workplace operations, inclusive of front desk administration, mail and delivery services, vendor management, guest relations, and office supply inventory, with a focus on optimization and scale
- Influence workplace and employee experience processes, and design systems for efficiency and ease-of-use
- Support company event strategy and implement thoughtful in-person, virtual, and hybrid events
- Support other teams in creating authentic, accessible, cohesive, and engaging messaging across the employee experience
- Provide and refine employee experiences such as peer recognition programs, milestone moments, focal points within the employee lifecycle such, and community-building program
- Prior experience within a People team function (HR, recruiting, office) preferred but not required
- Stellar written and oral reporting skills
- Schedule management experience, managing different projects and demands, follow up skills
- Passion to work in a team setting, working collaboratively
- Committed to improve detailed programs, with a orientation towards user experience
- Need little to no counsel when provided resources
- Passion to work in a fast, dynamic, growing organization
- Eager to collaborate with different teams, internally and externally
- High level of creativity and new ideas
- Prior experience with HR systems preferred
