Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office/Human Resources Assistant to support our team with various administrative and HR-related tasks. This role will assist in recruitment efforts for client organizations, maintain accurate records for both internal employees and client-contracted staff, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, industry standards, and RHC-specific regulations.
The ideal candidate will play an essential role in helping our clients establish and maintain successful Rural Health Clinics while fostering a collaborative workplace culture within our consulting firm.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process for client organizations, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records for internal staff and client-contracted employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Support onboarding processes for client-contracted employees, ensuring all required documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
- Collect and report data related to employee metrics, compliance requirements, and client-specific needs.
- Assist in managing inquiries and documentation related to employee benefits for internal and client-contracted staff.
- Provide administrative support in resolving client-contracted employee concerns, fostering effective communication and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry standards, RHC regulations, and company policies in all HR-related tasks.
- Collaborate with the consulting team on client-specific HR projects and initiatives to support the establishment and management of Rural Health Clinics.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with employment labor law and RHC regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
- Previous experience in an HR role or internship is a plus but not required.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict management.
