We're looking for a proactive People Operations Intern to join our team at Collective[i]. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and people operations, supporting daily recruitment tasks and driving key projects. Responsibilities:
- Support internal programs, engagement initiatives, surveys, and workforce planning projects
- Schedule, shadow and eventually conduct interviews independently, honing your interviewing skills
- Engage in stakeholder management through candidate recaps, hiring manager check-ins, and calibration calls
- Assist in the development and implementation of people operations processes and policies to enhance employee experience
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine interest in talent acquisition and people operations
