Aspire is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Strategy Officer, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. This role requires a professional who can anticipate needs, manage complex schedules, and communicate effectively with both internal and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Act as point of contact for the executive, communicating promptly and professionally
- Support the execution of projects, following up on tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Oversee administrative tasks including document management and data entry, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality at all times
- Identify improvements for administrative workflows, enhancing efficiency and productivity
- Assist with Executive’s personal, tax, and business information and accounts
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in an executive assistant or similar administrative role
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong capability to manage multiple priorities with high level of efficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in G-Suite; experience with project management software is a plus
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues in a dynamic environment
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Compensation:
- Salary: $45,000 - $50,000
