Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sophisticated sales strategies for multiple high-ticket offerings
- Conduct detailed discovery calls and needs analysis with qualified prospects
- Present comprehensive solutions and handle complex negotiations
- Maintain relationships with high-net-worth customers and members
- Collaborate internally with various departments and asset leaders
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and maintain accurate records
- Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to appropriate internal teams
Qualifications:
- 3 years of proven experience in high-ticket sales
- Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellence in consultative selling and relationship building
- Strong understanding of financial products and wealth-building strategies
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Ability to handle objections and navigate complex sales cycles
- Experience with CRM systems and sales technology
- Self-motivated to drive towards peak performance
Compensation:
- Full commission: $70,000 - $100,000 (position average)
- Location: In-person, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081
