Aspire is looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team! The SDR will drive revenue growth through proactive outreach and client engagement by closing deals with the assigned warm leads of individuals who have already interacted with the brand. This position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a proactive approach to building relationships and fostering leads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers by fostering assigned warm leads
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Deliver accurate sales information that align with the needs and interests of customers
- Identify and qualify leads, capturing key information for follow-up
- Maintain organized and accurate sales records using CRM tools
- Stay informed about company offerings, membership details, and live event information
- Set, meet, and exceed sales and lead revenue goals
Qualifications:
- Previous inside/outbound sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of initiative
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite
Compensation:
- Signing Bonus: $4,000, prorated weekly during the first month.
- Full Commission: Earn uncapped commission on a sliding scale up to 10% on highest-tier packages ($50k - $150k expected annually).
- Base Commission: Flexibility for a base smaller percentage commission.

Status: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 to 5
