Qualifications:
- Education: Must hold a Master’s in Social Work from an accredited university.
- Licensure: Current licensure to practice with the ASWB in the state of Florida.
- Experience: 1-2 years in mental health care setting, with a solid and proficient understanding of multidisciplinary areas of practice.
- Therapeutic Modalities: Proficiency in techniques such as(but not limited to) CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Attachment theories, and trauma-focused therapies.
- Diverse Clientele: Familiarity with working across different populations and addressing a variety of client needs.
Clinician Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy to clients, employing appropriate therapeutic techniques.
- Maintain up-to-date client charts and documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Ensure clear and timely communication with clients and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Engage in continued education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
