Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide them with a warm and friendly experience.
- Book activities and/or meals for guests as they desire.
- Provide local knowledge and suggestions for guests.
- Evaluate cleanliness of tents/rooms and bathrooms, ensuring they are spotlessly clean and well maintained.
- Maintain the physical condition of the retreat and equipment.
- Assist with meals, particularly breakfast and dinner, and help guests with campfires and s'mores.
- Maintain and promote a safe environment for guests and team members.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
- Able to work variable shifts on both weekdays and weekends (24-40 hours/week).
- Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
- Willing to work in an outdoor setting, including all-weather conditions.
- Able to regularly lift up to 25lbs.
