Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo.
This position is based in our Jersey City, NJ office headquarters and will report to the Senior Workplace Manager. The shift schedule is Monday-Friday from 2pm-10:30pm.
What You’ll Do:
- Performs general, routine custodial duties, to include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, and restocking paper and soap supplies.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks
- Assist in setup and breakdown of events and meetings
- Work with Facilities, Workplace, and Operations to ensure office needs are met
- Respond to tickets and requests from other departments
- Be able to read chemical SDS (SAFETY DATA SHEET)
- Other duties as assigned
Who You Are:
- Custodial experience preferred but not required
- Can prioritize tasks given during scheduled work shift
- Be detail-oriented with evaluating inventory of supplies
- Have a strong attention to detail with custodial tasks including cleanliness and sanitation practices
- Flexibility to adjust to schedule/requirement changes.
Physical Requirements:
- Long periods of sitting, walking and/or standing
- Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, squatting, and regular hand use
- Regularly lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds or more with employee help and/or proper equipment
Hourly Range: The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $19. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set. Shift 2 workers are also eligible for an additional $1/hr premium, in addition to their standard hourly rate.
