What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Processor, DNA (temp-to-hire) position at Collectors?
We're looking for an Order Processor (Receiving and Shipping Clerk) to join our Operations team. This role reports to the Operations Manager, DNA and works out of our Santa Ana, CA headquarters. Candidates must be available to work 7AM-3 : 30PM (AM shift).
What You'll Do :
- Open, separate, and itemize department's mail by service type.
- Match, count, and check items.
- Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility.
- Enter items and print stickers.
- Sort all orders by return carrier service.
- Verify order correctness and completeness.
- Package orders in mailing box containers, seal with tape and attach outside label.
- Process shipping for specified return carrier and close order.

The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $17. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
