We are looking for a Senior Manager FP&A to join the Central Financial Planning & Analysis team at Collectors, the leader in third-party grading, authentication services and marketplaces for high-value collectibles. This role will be based in our Santa Ana, CA office with flexibility for a hybrid work situation. This role reports directly to our Director of FP&A at Collectors Universe. Key customers include functional leaders (VP FP&A, CFO), department leaders and divisional business leaders (presidents, GMs).
What You'll Do:
- Play a key leadership role in defining, improving, and executing critical business planning (AOP), budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Own the FP&A Adaptive software instance through maintenance of integrations with ERP (NetSuite) and Workforce Planning, forecasting methodologies, and consolidated reporting (Office Connect)
- Support the continued improvement and updating of the consolidated Collectors Holdings P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasts
- Develop and communicate key financial and operational metrics to create transparency into performance and inform strategic and operational decisions
- Ad hoc analysis
Who You Are:
- At least 4-5 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a high transaction volume business
- Experience managing and working in Adaptive Planning and NetSuite (or similar financial software solutions)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate the issues at all levels of the organization
- Outstanding Excel and data management skills
- Strong financial statement fluency
- Significant business/KPI reporting experience
- Hands on individual willing to roll up sleeves
- Have a strong work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to partner and influence across organization
- Superior attention to detail with problem solving techniques
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, please ask your recruiter for details.
