Atlanta Hall Management, Inc. (AHM) provides management services to the Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame. Located in the heart of downtown Atlanta across from the Centennial Olympic Park, the Hall opened its doors in August 2014 and has secured its reputation as one of Atlanta’s most engaging and interactive experiences. The Hall of Fame’s mission is to educate, entertain, connect and inspire in a way that celebrates honors and preserves the people, traditions, and passions of college football.
Job Summary:
The College Football Hall of Fame is seeking a Group Sales Executive to help drive revenue and attendance through targeted group sales.
Role, Responsibilities, and Key Performance Areas:
- Complete required daily, weekly, and monthly number of outbound prospecting sales activities including e-mails, phone calls, social media outreach, and in-person meetings
- Accurately document and report all sales activities in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System
- Maintain an accurate database of clients and prospects in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- All follow-up communication required to overcome objections and close each sale including but not limited to e-mails and return calls
- Input orders and process invoices and payments as needed in Ticketing System
- Communicate effectively with FELT (Fan Experience Leadership Team) and O&I (Operations) regarding upcoming group visit details
- Support the group experience with hands-on support alongside the Operations team as needed to ensure a seamless check-in and guest experience for each individual in the group
- Capture feedback from group contacts in a timely and efficient manner and make any needed adjustments to ensure a guest experience that encourages return visits and repeat business
- Work with the entire sales team (as well as collaborating with other departments) to collectively meet or exceed sales goals
- Attend networking, promotions, and outreach-oriented events when needed
- Work with Group Sales Manager to identify and develop new opportunities to drive revenue
- Assist Group Sales Manager with ACVB (Atlanta Convention and Visitor’s Bureau) convention calendar and necessary convention outreach

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in sales, account management, client service, tourism, and/or marketing
Driving Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required as you may be driving and using a company vehicle for various event responsibilities.
