A Wingman is more than just an extra set of biceps. The wingman plays a crucial role in the success of each College Hunks Hauling Junk truck team. The idea behind the wingman is to add the element of mutual support to our daily operations. A talented wingman makes the truck team more capable by increasing resourcefulness, situational awareness, logistical/operational intelligence, and by increasing their ability to employ dynamic sales and marketing tactics.

- Function as navigator, hauler and assistant to the Truck Captain.
- Go out of your way to be extra friendly (smile, eye contact, and small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day - especially your clients.
- Look, act and become a friendly, professional college hunk -starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at waist), and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact).
- Work hard and smart to safely remove items from clients' homes, offices, and buildings.
- Assist the Truck Captain by being a spotter for difficult truck maneuvers and backing up, completing paperwork, and navigating to and from the job and disposal sites.
- Keep track of, and maintain order for all truck contents (tools, clipboards, paperwork, and safety equipment)
- Assist in completion of top 10% marketing activities
- Distribute marketing material daily. Clean the truck at the end of the day. Complete Daily Checklists. Train to become a back-up captain or possibly a Truck Captain.
- Assist the Truck Captain with maneuvering the truck, backing up, completing paperwork, and navigating the jobsites and disposal sites.
- Keep track of all truck contents (tools, clipboards, paperwork, and safety equipment).
- Distribute marketing material daily.
- Clean the truck at the end of the day.
- Complete Daily Checklists.
- Train to become a back-up captain or possibly a Truck Captain
Salary : $11
