FRAN DEV MARKETING MANAGER:
CHHJ&M is looking for an experienced and collaborative Franchise Development Marketing Manager to play a critical role in the growth of the CHHJ&M franchise system. This development marketer will be responsible for helping to lead, define and execute CHHJ&Ms development marketing strategy and plan. This role will develop and collaborate cross-functionally on all multi-channel franchise development marketing programs and overall content strategy to ensure the brand continues to push forward.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Formulate strategies for attracting new franchisee candidates in identified markets and support the goal to sell new franchises to entrepreneurs and investors who share our core values and will ultimately own and operate locations that meet the CHHJ&M Standards
- Leverage CHHJ&M brand positioning and research insights to develop and curate print and digital content that highlight the benefits of owning a CHHJ&M location and effectively utilize the franchise development marketing budget
- Execute geo-targeted digital and traditional marketing initiatives (paid, owned and earned media channels) with the goal of achieving annual targets for qualified leads (applications received), and total sales goals
- Leverage non-paid media - email lists, industry, and trade associations to cultivate and generate new leads
- Provide monthly updates to senior leaders on the performance results, develop and recommend appropriate action plans designed to improve return on investment
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance results, develop, and recommend appropriate action plans designed to improve return on investment
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· 4 years in lead generation
· Franchise development training and marketing experience required (CFE is a plus)
· Campaign experience from inception to post-launch analysis across multiple marketing channels
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and sales CRM software
· Experience developing digital content – website management, search, social, email lists, and managing external agency partners.
