About the Role:
To create and foster lucrative relationships with relevant National Account and Strategic Alliance (NASA) partners that will provide significant value to our brand, franchisees, and headquarters. You are a leader, a doer, and a door opener. You will lead our national commercial sales team, which is responsible for driving profitable systemwide sales. NASA is on a massive growth trajectory and this role is tasked with accelerating that pace by adding new accounts and maximizing existing accounts. This role, and their team, will drive sales while: working closely with our Franchise Partners to demonstrate the value of NASA relationships, coordinate large scale projects, and coach locations on activating national accounts locally.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
· Acquisition: Provide guidance and accountability to the business development team in actively pursuing new accounts, engaging in negotiation, and prioritizing prospects by need and process.
· Reporting and Transparency: Provide timely and easy to follow reports the keeps leadership and franchise partners updated on the NASA program as appropriate.
· Relationship Growth: Prioritize NASA relationships that have the potential to deliver the highest ROI and ensure an ongoing process for cultivating and growing the relationship including quarterly account reviews, conference exhibiting / attendance, and other impactful ways to build the relationship.
· Payment and Remittances: Organize programs and hold your team accountable to ensuring timely payment of NASA invoices; hold National Accounts partners accountable to payment terms.
· Follow Up and Communication: Ensure we are proactively communicating program details and responding to issues and providing resolutions in a timely manner.
· NASA Files Maintenance and Accessibility: Ensure needed files are kept up to date and are readily available.
· Leadership: You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and lead a growing team of 10 Business Development personnel and Account Specialists. You will manage a P&L, create annual budgets, and develop a multi-year road map to significant growth.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; 6 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Well-developed professional with the ability to think and act strategically with demonstrated strategy development experience.
- Experience with cross-functional teams in developing and executing strategic business plans.
- Strong financial analytical skills including the ability to manage expenses and budget.
- Ability to interact with and influence Senior Management, peers, and other functions.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking within a team environment to achieve goals.
- Microsoft Office skills – intermediate overall computer skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- CRM experience; Hubspot Highly Preferred
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
