College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving is looking for a Driver/Crew Leader to join our team and help load and unload furniture and other items between various locations.
The position includes the following responsibilities:
- Loading, packing and unloading items with care
- Ensuring that no items are damaged while moving
- Wrapping furniture in protective material
- Deliver and set-up furniture inside client homes, as required or requested
- Respond to inquiries and requests from clients in a professional manner
- Collect furniture from residential or commercial locations
Pay Structure:
$19 to $22 an hour in the Driver/Crew Leader position
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience as a Mover or similar role
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects throughout the day
- Punctual and professional attitude
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Mover
- Valid Driver’s License ( for driver position)
- Clean Driving Record
- A high school qualification or equivalent would be preferable
- Must be able to lift heavy furniture repeatedly
- College degree or currently enrolled is a bonus but definitely not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
