Mover/Driver/ Packer

College Hunks of NoVa (Northern Virginia) in Falls Church is hiring MOVE CAPTAINS/DRIVERS

College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving are looking to hire Move Drivers! Get paid to stay fit, build your resume, and work side-by-side with phenomenal mentors who will help develop you as a leader. We want to fully support you and see you grow personally and professionally!

The position include the following responsibilities:

• Provide stress-free service for a variety of clients in different situations.
• Be a positive representation of our company.
• SAFELY operate the vehicle at all times.
• Ensure all daily truck inspections (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc.) are performed.
• Make sure the truck has enough receipts, safety equipment, and marketing material.
• Be a positive and motivated leader for your team.
• Help to train new hires about the day-to-day operations and core values.
• Handle and collect money/checks from clients.
• Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.
• Check in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor.
• Safely drive, move, pack, and unpack customer belongings.

Pay Structure:

Pay ranging from $17.00 - $25.00/hr. base on experience tips and bonuses ($1,000 /week)

Requirements and skills:

• MUST have weekend availability
• MUST have a working mobile phone
• MUST have reliable transportation
• MUST be able to safely drive small and medium-sized box trucks.
• Experience in Moving Industry is required (1 years)
• MUST have a valid and clean driver's license (to be a driver)
• Be the designated leader and manage the customer and crew
• MUST have the ability to direct and supervise moving crew
• Great customer service is preferred
• MUST be hard working and enjoy physical labor
• MUST be able to lift at least 75lbs
• Excel in a position of independence and responsibility
• Be willing to have background check done

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
