- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
- Conduct daily welcome calls and confirmation calls to ensure customer satisfaction and appointment verification.
- Maintain and update customer records in the company system.
- Support office management tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
