As a Mover for College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving, you are the first point of contact for clients on the job.

As a Mover / Junk Remover, you are the first point of contact for clients on the job.

$250 Sign Up Bonus (6th month) $500 Stay On Bonus (1 year)

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Colorado driver's license
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be 25 years old
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must pass a federal background check
• This is driving AND moving - must be able to lift up to 50 pounds for an extended period of time.
• Must enjoy hard work, world class customer service and helping others.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining both a professional appearance and attitude as the direct point of contact on-site for customers
• Educating clients about pricing and services; helping in the job estimation and decision-making process
• Safely assisting in operating trucks at all times along with daily inspections, receipts, safety equipment, and marketing material
• Leading by example and helping to train all new hires on the day to day operations/core values
• Perform daily jobs and shop chores

Additional Role Requirements:

• Go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day - especially your clients.
• Look, act and become a friendly college hunk - starting with the uniform, and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact).
• Educate clients about pricing and services.
• Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc). • Make sure the truck has enough receipts, safety equipment and marketing material.
• Meeting and surpassing benchmarks.
• Be able to make logistical decisions (when to dispose, what to donate or recycle, how to best complete a job, how to package items and load a truck, how to market during downtime).
• Lead your team by relevant examples, showing them what the core values of the company are all about.
• Help to train new hires about the day to day operations and core values.
• Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.
• Check in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance

Pay: From $18.42 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

Work Days:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fort Collins, CO 80524: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Colorado Driver's License (Required)
