College H.U.N.K.S. Hauling Junk and Moving is hiring a dynamic operations manager to assume the role of growing a small to medium sized business through various functions including but not limited to :
- Training and development of team
- Scheduling / coordinating day to day jobs
- Reviewing and monitoring completed BOL's and other paperwork
- Direct and oversee moving / junk teams on a daily basis
About you :

You have specialized training working with crews within the trades industry...a big plus having moving / hauling experience with a proven company
A successful candidate will be a dynamic customer service oriented professional with a passion for client service, "wowing" the customer, and take pride in solving problems for clients as well as growing a business within the community. You are energetic, driven, growth minded and understand that A Players in the workforce can accomplish the job of two. You excel in multi-tasking, Microsoft office products, leadership, customer service, logistics and thrive on challenge. You have BIG goals, and want to grow with the company.
